Griffin Heat Shield Company specializes in producing the most effective safety equipment for welders available. Our customized, innovative products are built with over thirty years of knowledge of the safety needs in the welding industry. Our industry leading super hand cooler was the first reversible backhand pad on the market in 1979. We have been producing our current design since 1995 and we obtained a patent in 1999. Our products were designed by our founder who spent over 60 years as a welder and welding inspector. We have consistently added innovative products to our line by listening to the demands of the welding market. Our products can be used in all types of welding applications such as: GMAW (Mig) welding, flux core welding, SMAW (stick) welding, heli-arc welding, plasma arc burning and oxy-fuel burning. Our products are lightweight and pliable, providing the welder maximum comfort and flexibility. We pride ourselves on quality and customer service.
